At C-IN2 New York, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your underwear and apparel. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original product packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
